Inspections
Include:
1.
Inspect all toilets, flush and make sure they shut off.
2.
Look for any interior related problems.
3.
Check water heater (should be turned off).
4.
Check dishwasher and garbage disposal.
5.
Turn on A/C and monitor its operation.
6.
Turn on television and let system heat up (prevents
condensation on components).
7.
Check around all doors and windows, skylights, ceilings
and drywall for signs of water intrusion or
damage.
8.
Check circuit breakers (all should be on except hot
water heater)
9.
Check refrigerator for proper setting and operation.
10.
Check for visible
pests.
11.
Insure windows are
locked and shades drawn.
12.
Inspect all fans/lights/appliances as necessary.
13.
Activate alarms and lock up.
